Award-Winning Project in Exeter and the South West

Entrust Services is proud to have been awarded a contract by an international engineering company to supply services for a new EV charging network in Exeter and the wider Southwest of England. This project represents a significant step towards improving regional EV infrastructure and reducing carbon emissions from the UK’s transport sector.

Our work included:

Site Identification: We identified numerous suitable sites for EV Charging Upstands tailored to community access and environmental benefits.

Technical Surveys and Drawings: Our team conducted precise technical surveys and provided detailed drawings to map out EV Upstand locations. We carefully considered underground and over ground utilities, ensuring no disruption to essential infrastructure. The drawings produced were submitted to Devon County Council’s Highways Department to gain approval to install the charging upstands on the pavements.

Environmental Considerations: Our planning service included an in-depth analysis of both utilities and environmental constraints, ensuring that the construction work could proceed smoothly across a wide spatial area without negatively impacting the surrounding environment.
