Overview
Entrust Services has been providing visualisation and photomontage services for Teligent on several EAS Sites. The EAS Project is managed by multiple organisations on behalf of the Home Office, with the aim of providing critical, potentially life-saving emergency services coverage to some of the most remote and hard-to-reach areas of the UK.
Scope of Work
The work for Teligent involves surveying and producing photomontages to visually demonstrate the impact of mast upgrades on the project.
Challenges and Importance of Photomontages
Given the sites’ locations in some of the most rural and visually sensitive areas of Great Britain, the photomontages have proven to be essential in encouraging stakeholders, as well as Local Planning Authorities, to support the applications.
Collaboration and Efficiency
The close working relationship between our team and Teligent has allowed us to:
- Standardise reports
- Turn surveys and reports around quickly
- Combine surveys on the same day when possible
This approach not only improves the efficiency of our work but also reduces our carbon footprint, particularly given the need to travel by car to many of these remote sites.
